LANGSA TAC

Bow Energy Ltd. has acquired 50% of the Langsa TAC (“Langsa TAC”) located offshore North Sumatra, Indonesia. The Langsa TAC field is a 77 square km concession in 300 feet of water depth. Initially discovered by Mobil in 1980. Mobil drilled 5 wells and made two discoveries (L and H field). All but one well tested light oil with DST’s between 3500-5500 bopd from Malacca limestone at a depth of approximately 5500 feet. The TAC currently produces from 2 wells which are connected to a FPSO.






SOUTH BLOCK A 
North Sumatra PSC Areas and Gas Fields
South Block A is located in Aceh Province, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Bow Energy Ltd. holds a 44.48% working interest in a Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) in this onshore block. The area encompasses 420.92 square km and is located amongst the most prolific oil and gas fields on North Sumatra.

INTERESTED INVESTOR INFORMATION:
Mr. Fazil has 18 years of capital markets experience with Canadian boutique investment dealers. His focus was IPO and secondary financings for oil & gas, oil & gas service companies and mining companies. Mr. Fazil raised over $300 million for IPOs and secondary financings during his career in the investment industry. He was instrumental in identifying and structuring transactions/issuers. Mr. Fazil travelled extensively overseas to source funding as well as companies looking to finance and establish a presence on the North American markets.
Mr. Sadleir is a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for ACL International Ltd. from 2006 to present. Prior thereto he was Vice President of Finance of Cal-Gas Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Sadleir obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1971 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1974. He successfully participated in the Executive Development Program at Dalhousie University in 1989. Mr. Sadleir is the chair of the company’s audit committee.
Mr. Lalach has diverse experience across business sectors and organizations. From 1986 through to 1997 he was involved in various roles in financial institutions starting at the Vancouver Stock Exchange and later working in securities related roles for BMO Nesbitt Burns and TD Green Line Investor Services. For the past 12 years Mr. Lalach has focused on the operation and administration of numerous startup US and Canadian public companies serving as both director and officer in various capacities. Mr. Lalach served as President and CEO for Assure Energy, Inc., Quarry Oil & Gas Corp., Savary Capital Corp, and most recently as President and CFO for Anavex Life Sciences Corp.
Mr. Bahar started his career at Union Carbide Indonesia followed by State Commercial Bank. Most of his career was spent at Exxon/Mobil and predecessor companies in various roles including cash management/treasury, cost control specialist and tax manager.
Sarshar Ahmad is an explorationist with over 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He was an integral part of the exploration and development team at Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. Mr. Ahmad brings with him extensive experience in the acquisition, evaluation and assessment of exploration blocks and development plays, geological expertise in drilling operations and integration of new technology to improve efficiency of oil and gas upstream operations. Mr. Ahmad has Masters degree in Geology from the University of Oslo.
