Datametrex puts the power of merchant’s sales data at their fingertips. With our DataTap technology, merchants can access their business-critical data in real-time and from anywhere, without disrupting their transaction processing.

We are IoT (Internet of Things) believers. Everyday we challenge ourselves to come up with new and better ways to get retail data into the hands of those who need it.

Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Big data analytics is the process of examining large and varied data sets to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other useful information that can help organizations make more-informed business decisions.

Big data analytics can point the way to various business benefits, including new revenue opportunities, more effective marketing, better customer service, improved operational efficiency and competitive advantages over rivals.

International Data Corporation says that worldwide revenues for big data and business analytics will grow from $130.1 billion in 2016 to more than $203 billion in 2020,

The availability of very large data sets is one of the reasons Deep Learning, a sub-set of artificial intelligence (AI), has recently emerged as the hottest tech trend, with Google, Facebook, Baidu, Amazon, IBM, Intel, and Microsoft, all with very deep pockets, investing in acquiring talent and releasing open AI hardware and software.

Datametrex is focused on the collection of Big Data from retail point of sale (POS) terminals. The Company, through its DataTap technology offers a plug and play solution for retail vendors that extends the life of their POS terminals without having to upgrade to new cloud-based devices. DataTap captures all data sent from the POS to the receipt printer and/or scanner and sends it to the cloud, so it can be presented in a dashboard for management to monitor key pertinent information. The collected data will be aggregated on the Company’s servers to be repackaged and sold.

Through Datametrex's recent acquisition, Nexalogy, unlocks valuable insights from social media data. Through its proprietary semantic clustering algorithms, it detects weak signals in unstructured text that aren’t available through traditional business intelligence technology. This technology makes data more relevant and is the missing link in providing actionable, social media intelligence to governments and organizations all over the world.
