Louis Paul posted a press release Emerald Bay Energy Completes Electrical Upgrades on Kuhn Lease in EMERALD BAY ENERGY INC

CALGARY, AB, and SAN ANTONIO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 25, 2019 / Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: EBY, OTC: EMBYF) (the "Company" or "Emerald Bay") is pleased to announce that the electrical upgrades have been completed on the Kuhn lease at the Company's Wooden Horse project in South Texas. The upgrades will allow the Company to pump the Kuhn 4 and Kuhn A5 wells simultaneously, as well as the Kuhn 3 well when it is brought on production.

Shelby Beattie, President and CEO of the Company commented, "We are very pleased to have the electrical upgrades completed. Without this electrical infrastructure we have not been able to consistently, and simultaneously, pump the Kuhn wells with the high fluid volumes that they now produce. The Kuhn 4 and Kuhn A5 wells are now online and producing approximately 2,100 bbls/day of total fluid with an oil cut between 1-2%. As we move forward we will increase the rates of these two wells and bring the Kuhn 3 well on production. Additionally, it is likely that we will increase the fluid volume produced from Kuhn A5 by fracking it at some point in the near future. It is our experience that when these wells are consistently produced there is a corresponding increase in the oil cut percentage. The Company's production target for the three Kuhn wells is a collective total fluid volume of approximately 5,000 barrels per day with an oil cut of 3-4%. We are confident that with the electrical upgrades completed, we will be able to realize the full potential of the Kuhn wells."

Hello Mike. Can you give us the status of the various work for the Kuhn 3, 4 and A5 wells? Does the work progress as planned or if there are delays? In addition, how are the work on the new Kuhn A6 well and the Kuhn 1H well. Are these works started? Investors are patient but the news is slow in coming. Thank you and have a good day.
And while there, if we can have a status relative to Isabella, it would be nice :) These are a lot of works that can make a difference for the SP.

Louis Paul posted a press release Emerald Bay Energy Provides Update on the Bauer Wildcat and Kuhn Wells in EMERALD BAY ENERGY INC

CALGARY, AB and SAN ANTONIO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / March 14, 2019 – Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: EBY, OTC: EMBYF) (the "Company" or "Emerald Bay") provided the following update on operations at the Bauer and Kuhn leases in South Texas.

  • At that the Bauer lease, the Company completed testing the Bauer wildcat well yesterday afternoon. The well was drilled to test the Edwards formation, and it has been determined that the Edwards is not commercially viable in this well. Additionally, the Company tested the Poth and Wilcox formations and determined that neither formation has commercial quantities of hydrocarbons.

The Bauer lease wildcat well was drilled in partnership with Cotulla Energy Resources Ltd. ("Cotulla"). Under terms of the agreement, 100% of the costs to drill and test the well were paid by Cotulla. Emerald Bay incurred no costs to drill and test the well.

  • At the Kuhn lease, the Company is in the process of upgrading the electrical capabilities of the lease to power the new pumps capable of lifting the increased fluid volumes brought on by the stimulations to the wells.

The wells were originally equipped with pumpjacks that limited them to total fluid flow rates of approximately 110 bbls/day each. To enhance production and maximize flow rates the wells were acid stimulated. Current estimates for flow rates are in excess of 2,000 bbls/day of total fluid per well. New lifting equipment, capable of flow rates near 2,000 bbls/day has been installed on Kuhn 4.

The electrical company has completed the installation of the new transformer, and Kuhn 4 is back on line. The Company is now working to optimize flow rates on Kuhn 4. Additionally, the Company is working to complete the electrical upgrade to Kuhn A5 to get that well back online. Updates on the Kuhn wells will be forthcoming as they become available.

So really does this mean? Cause it sounds like hugocellR just walked away with Isabella II and the Wildcat Wells after wasting our time for the past 6 months. And know they will be using up PRI equipment. So where does this leave us? How does this benefit your investors?

Hello Mike. According to the news of December 4, work should have been done for wells Floyd 1 and 2 and for Isabelle 2. What can you tell us about this work? Does the announcement of the private placement prevent you from giving news about this work? Looking forward to having the production results for all wells. I think we are going to have a great year. Keep up the good work. Louis

Good Morning Mike
I hope all is good with you and EBY, question, are we going to have a management discussion of the quarter in a press release ?, like comparing QTR Vs QTR from this year and last year, discussing production, revenue and anything else important for us shares holders, when done in a PR usually we all get the message in a clearer way than just filing in sedar because it's mandatory. I am really hopping the numbers are way better than last one because with the current WTI price next one will not be so good. I have noticed that we are not getting as much news as per last couple of months, I guess the rain did as much damage as it could. Thanks in advance for any info.
